Where do we spend our time?

Enjoying Fraternity – We enjoy spending time together and supporting one another in life.  Sometimes that happens during a meeting.  Other times it happens over a pint.  Support is something we all need as we work to walk the path of a Christian in our family and in the community.

Supporting the Local Church – Our members represent all of the parishes locally.  Knights are typically quite involved in day-to-day parish life.  In addition, we make ourselves available to the area parishes for needs they may have–helping to serve a dinner or working on a maintenance project.  Large endeavors or small, we strive to build up our local churches.

Fostering Vocations – We encourage all men to live out their vocations to their very best. With that in mind, we work to especially build up and encourage our current priests and vocations to the priesthood.  Just last year, we were able to make a $10,000 donation to Bishop John Doerfler for the Diocese of Marquette to use toward vocations.

Building Community – Our local council also works to support efforts in the community.  We work with other community organizations to help them in any way possible.  We also have a 2-mile stretch of highway cleanup on M-95 north of Iron Mountain.  We realize that a true Christian sets the world on fire.  We work to do that in our local community.
